Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for providing necessary access (login credentials or partner access) to social media platforms and any specific branding materials (logos, images) required to perform the services.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- No Long-Term Contracts: Our services are provided on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Cancellation Notice: To avoid the next billing cycle, cancellations must be submitted at least 7 days before your next renewal date.
- Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our work and the immediate allocation of resources, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for partial months of service or for "change of mind."

VFX Global Connect acts as a service provider. While we strive for the best results, we do not guarantee specific follower counts, sales, or engagement metrics, as these are subject to third-party platform algorithms (Meta, TikTok, etc.).

Your data security is a priority. We do not store credit card information on our servers; all payment data is handled by Stripe’s PCI-compliant infrastructure.
